Who is smartsheetOptimizer? Truth is, I am smartsheetOptimizer.

I’m Tim Dollmeyer, and I have been working in Smartsheet for many years. I’m one of those rare people who actually enjoy spreadsheets and project plans, and Smartsheet is the best!

I have 14 years of experience as a Project Manager, both in a large corporation and in a small, but growing credit union. I became very proficient with MS Excel & MS Project, and when the credit union was looking for a collaborative project management tool that didn’t take a team of IT people to deploy, I was fortunate to find Smartsheet. Once we signed up, I developed a full suite of tools used by our PMO for tracking all sizes of projects and programs. The reports and dashboards were used by the entire organization, from project team members to the CEO. In addition to Project Management, I also built onboarding tools for our HR department and campaign trackers for Marketing.

 Now as a consultant, I help my clients maximize their Smartsheet investment using all of the tools at our disposal to create smart, efficient processes that keep them out of the sheets, and focused on growing their businesses.
